Job Summary:
The iRepair Squad Certified Customer Consultant will provide pre and post-sales support to our customers. The CCC will support our customers by communicating via live chat support, support tickets and e-mails.

Pay Rate:  $9/hr, 40 hrs/week with promotion available

Job Responsibilities:

1.	Provide total customer support, satisfaction and retention.
2.	Ensure communication flows within departments.
3.	Make sure all inbound Live Chat requests are answered promptly.
4.	Ensure iRepair Squad is represented in a professional and positive manner.
5.	Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
6.	Retain existing customers with outstanding customer service and follow-up messages.
7.	Maintain expert knowledge of all products sold by iRepair Squad and how they serve our customers’ needs, including features, advantages, benefits, pricing and special offers.
8.	Respond promptly to e-mail, fax and Internet customer service inquiries.
9.	Upsell additional products to existing customers at every opportunity.

Job Requirements:

1.	High school degree or equivalent mandatory; college degree preferred.
2.	Inbound call center & live chat support experience required.
3.	Ability to type 60 WPM. Typing test required.
4.	Experience using Forums/Blogs/Instant Messaging Services, etc.

Entry Level iPod Technician

We are looking for Electronic Repair Technicians with the ability to efficiently & effectively learn the skill of repairing iPods!

Job Summary:
Entry level technicians will learn to efficiently and effectively repair iPods and replace iPod parts including but not limited to: LCD screens, hard drives, batteries, faceplates, clickwheels™ and headphone jacks.

Once consistent proficiency in iPod repair and part replacement has been demonstrated, high performing technicians will have opportunities to move on to diagnosing software and hardware problems as positions become available.

This position requires extreme manual dexterity (experience working with small electronics, including soldering is preferred), the ability to learn new techniques quickly and strong attention to detail.  It also requires a high degree of patience while working in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment. Paid training will be provided.

Pay Rate:  $10/hr, 40 hrs/week with promotion available

Job Responsibilities:

1.	Learning logical processes for preparing and executing repairs and component replacements on all existing and future iPod models.
2.	Executing and testing repairs and component replacements on all existing and future iPod models in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment.
3.	Diagnosing software and hardware for iPods.
4.	Meeting and exceeding daily shift goals for production.

1.	High school degree or equivalent mandatory.

Communications/Public Relations Internship

Internship Summary:
The iRepair Squad Communications/PR Intern will create press releases, articles, videos and other content to increase brand awareness and public knowledge of iRepair Squad’s products & services.

Pay Rate:  $9/hr with ability to be hired full-time upon graduation for successful candidates

Internship Responsibilities:

1.	Create information and content used to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to iRepairSquad.com.
2.	Create press releases and work directly with Technical Manager to write How-To’s, Reviews, Video scripts, etc.
3.	Respond to customer/media inquiries promptly and professionally.
4.	Reach out to strategic partners with iRepair Squad media kit.

Internship Requirements:

1.	Public Relations experience.
2.	Ability to type 50 WPM.
3.	Experience using Forums/Blogs/Instant Messaging Services.
